Job Summary

Sure2Door is seeking a self-motivated, results driven Branch Manager to run our office in Milton Keynes.
The ideal candidate for this position will be an all rounder with experience of client management, prospecting, sales, and people management.


Managing all aspects of the Milton Keynes office and its staff.

Build business by maintaining existing relationships with clients and prospecting.

Schedule all deliveries to meet client deadlines.

Recruit and retain team of distributors.


  • Maintain client relationships through regular contact and understanding their requirements.
  • Provide clients support, information and guidance when booking leaflet campaigns
  • Raise and issue accurate cost quotes and timelines for leaflet campaigns
  • Collect leaflet design briefs from clients
  • Order print
  • Provide clients with updates of the progress of their leaflet campaign
  • Schedule all deliveries to meet the client’s deadlines
  • Raise invoices, organise payments and conduct credit control
  • Making cold calls and visiting potential clients
  • Timely response to incoming enquiries
  • Track and review monthly sales
  • Deal with complaints from clients or residents
  • Manage office staff and Distribution team
  • Monitor and review number of distributors and when required organise recruitment
  • Screen and Interview applicants
  • Maintain employment records in line with company processes and government standards
  • Run payroll for distribution team
  • Deal with any HR issue which arises
  • Manage office stationery, materials and equipment
  • Ensure there is enough stock for all client campaigns
  • Attend networking meetings to promote Sure2Door and increase sales
  • Collect and Drop off leaflets to clients / Distributors
